dioxus-components MVP plan (approved)

Library of styled Dioxus components copied from upstream preview, restyled with the mize palette (light + dark).

• MVP: button, input, textarea, label, checkbox, switch, dialog, separator, avatar, badge, card, scroll_area
• dioxus-primitives via git (DioxusLabs/components) — crates.io is a stub
• Plain Rust lib; consumers include theme.css and set html[data-theme]
